We want you to be satisfied with your TweetGoat experience. Here's our policy on refunds and cancellations.

1. Refund Eligibility

At TweetGoat, we strive to provide the best AI-powered tweet generation service. However, we understand that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for both the Starter and Pro plans.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have used less than 10% of your tweet credits.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@tweetgoat.com.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Accounts that have used more than 10% of their tweet credits.
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period has expired.
  • Any additional services or add-ons purchased separately from the main subscription plans.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@tweetgoat.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Our support team will review your request within 2 business days.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you've used between 10% and 25% of your tweet credits, we may offer a 50% refund.
  • For technical issues that significantly impact your ability to use our service, we may offer pro-rated refunds based on usage.

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of our support team.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your TweetGoat account and navigate to the billing section.
  • Click on "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for the remainder of unused time in the current billing cycle.

6. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please contact our support team.
